We adopt a staged approach. The first stage clearly identifies the outcomes and benefits you are seeking and includes a review of activities already completed internally within your organisation. We make extensive use of visioning and workshops in this stage.

Through research and analysis we develop alternative hypotheses and propositions. These are then tested with current and potential customers, channel members, key staff members and other stakeholders. We place particular emphasis on products, channels and strategic alliances.

We complete the assignment with finalisation of the strategy and costed implementation plans, which are handed over to your internal team. In many cases we have ongoing involvement with your business through the implementation stage. In some cases, we are also retained to facilitate implementation through a range of activities.
