About Ganguly & Associates Ganguly & Associates was established in 1996 as a specialised consultancy. We focus on the development of eBusiness Strategies, the development of Growth Strategies (primarily for Technology Companies), Project and Venture set up. In some cases, we also manage the implementation and roll out to the marketplace. Our customers include major corporates - particularly in Telecommunications and Financial Services, government organisations and the growing technology businesses. Key Team Members 
Mouli GangulyOne of Australia’s leading eBusiness professionals. Mouli understands a wide range of technologies. His unique ability is in translating the benefits of technology to deliver business benefits for clients through effective strategies and framework, which he translates into execution using a program management approach. He has handled many successful consulting assignments both in the private and public sectors. He builds effective virtual teams assembling skills relevant for a specific assignment. Virtual Team Members Ganguly & Associates maintains a Virtual Team of independent consultants who we can call on to assist in specific client engagements. During the term of an engagement, these consultants operate under the auspices of Ganguly & Associates, and we have a Teaming Agreement in place with each consultant. This agreement documents the conditions of our relationship, including such areas as confidentiality, and professionalism in the workplace. Currently we have over 10 members in our Virtual Team across the two main business centres of Melbourne and Sydney. Strategist and Thought Leader During his career this consultant has worked extensively in the banking and finance industry and in IT Strategy consulting. With a focus on the use of the Internet as an Online Customer Interaction channel, web-based development and Digital Strategy, his knowledge and understanding of online business is extensive. This consultant is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, seminars and in private consultation with clients to help companies understand the imperatives of the New Economy and the impact this has had on their business - from business strategy to successful implementation. Strategist and Program Director This Principal Consultant is a results-oriented, high achieving professional with over 25 years experience in senior management, business development and consulting positions. He has managed startup ventures, implemented significant change programs, developed sales and marketing strategies and consulted at executive level management. Widely experienced in the IT industry, he has post-graduate qualifications in social psychology, and a unique grounding in applied research. Senior Project Manager Has managed IT strategy and operations within small and large organisations, leading teams from six to 150 staff, and budgets from a few million up to $100m. This Consultant also has a strong record of program and project management, always completing to brief and within agreed budgets and deadlines. Telecommunications Program/Projects/Product Manager This Senior Consultant is a professional leader with a proven track record in delivering large and complex projects - on time and on budget. With formal qualifications (B Economics, M Bus International Mktg) she has extensive experience in leading teams, strategy development, product development, decision making, relationship building and negotiation to ensure service quality. A skilled facilitator with results both in Australia and overseas in the Telecommunications sector. Technology Architect This senior architect and developer has 14 years IT industry experience including almost six years in Internet architecture and development. He has strong OO design and development experience over ten years, extensive Java knowledge and nearly three years experience with the J2EE application architecture. He has successfully designed implemented a major freight management portal, with a scalable architecture and within tight budget requirements. Business/Financial Modeller With a career spanning eCommerce start up operations to investment banking, this consultant brings a broad range of skills in business strategy, research and planning, business development, client servicing/relationship building, and financing of new technology businesses. A strong business background ensures that bottom line objectives remain a priority at all times. Professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts and MBA. This consultant has also in a number of SMEs as well as corporate businesses with SME Clients. Other engagements have been in both Government and Private sector companies including working as a Senior Economist and Investment Advisor. Marketing and Communications Consultant During her extensive career, this consultant has been involved in the development of Corporate Communications material for major IT Systems Integration companies Business Analyst This consultant has worked on a number of different eBusiness projects, including the development of a comprehensive business case for the development and implementation of a secure on-line B2B & B2G trade and payments platform involving domestic and international banking consortia. Has also managed vendor relationships and multiple stakeholder groups as part of a major electronic banking project involving 18,000 customers worldwide. Creative Designer This consultant has over 8 years experience working on interactive projects, and specialises in designing and developing graphical user interfaces. She has worked on large-scale kiosk work and web site productions, and has developed graphic style guides, navigational structures and html coding standards for web sites. She has strong skills in creative project management, Flash animation, illustration, page design and layout, and html coding. |
